What you will do

• Support radar programs across system analysis, requirements development, architecture definition, modeling, verification planning, and subsystem integration.
• Analyze and validate advanced radar capabilities, including signal processing, AESA radar functions, beam-forming concepts, and end-to-end system performance.
• Develop, decompose, trace, and verify system requirements across the engineering lifecycle.
• Conduct MATLAB-based modeling, simulation, technical analysis, architecture studies, and trade studies.
• Coordinate with systems, software, hardware, integration, and test teams to evaluate performance and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to engineering documentation, technical reviews, integration, verification, validation, and program deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience supporting the development, integration, and sustainment of complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Experience with MATLAB for modeling, simulation, and technical analysis.
• Experience developing, analyzing, decomposing, and tracing system requirements.
• Experience with system architecture, trade studies, technical baselines, integration, verification, validation, and testing.
• Ability to work in secure, highly collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• Position is contingent upon contract award.

Nice to have

• Experience with MBSE and system architecture tools such as DOORS/DNG, Cameo, or Rhapsody.
• Experience in radar, RF/EW, sensor, communications, or other complex defense-related environments.
• Exposure to Python, C++, Simulink, or related engineering tools.
• Experience supporting integration, test, verification, and validation activities.
