What you will do

• Own incident triage, diagnosis, and resolution for trading issues across OMS, EMS, Bloomberg, and proprietary tools.
• Act as primary liaison between front office users and engineering teams, translating trading needs into technical tasks.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and post-mortem processes to enhance service reliability.
• Lead small, fast-cycle projects from ideation to production deployment.

Requirements

• 4-7 years experience in financial services supporting traders and portfolio managers
• Experience with OMS, EMS, PMS, and front office vendor trading systems (e.g., Portware, Enfusion)
• Knowledge of equities, futures, FX, options trading strategies, and trading workflows including FIX protocol
• Technical skills in SQL, FIX Protocol, Excel/VBA
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to non-technical users
• Ability to work under pressure with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
