Technical SEO Specialist - Onsite

Location: Springfield, Missouri, at hirify.global Base Camp

What you will do

• Execute the SEO strategy across enterprise channels to improve organic rankings, traffic, conversion rate, and sales.
• Build and execute SEO content, campaigns, keyword strategies, and link optimization initiatives.
• Develop regular KPI reporting and communicate performance against established benchmarks.
• Represent SEO in omni-channel, category, and digital commerce planning.
• Coordinate with Digital Commerce, Design, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, merchandising teams, and agency partners.
• Analyze SEO effectiveness and prioritize optimization opportunities within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of applicable online marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to work onsite at hirify.global Base Camp in Springfield, Missouri.

• Experience with CPM-based advertising.
• Experience with rich media advertising.
