Cloud Security Engineer - Microsoft 365

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; full-time work from the Tel Aviv office

What you will do

• Administer and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants, including service health, licensing, reporting, user lifecycle management, and operational documentation.
• Own end-to-end Microsoft Intune administration for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, Autopilot, lifecycle management, and endpoint security policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, SSO integrations, Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management, and risk-based identity protection.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender capabilities and integrate Microsoft 365 security with SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, and other EDR/XDR platforms.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive policies, governance, permissions, sharing controls, and collaboration security.
• Support Azure integrations, compliance initiatives, audits, security monitoring, and governance aligned with CIS, Microsoft Secure Score, and NIST frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise with Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of email security, including transport rules, threat policies, anti-phishing controls, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and non-Microsoft EDR/XDR integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint, collaboration, and security layers, plus scripting or automation experience.
• Ability to own production-critical services, translate business needs into practical policies, communicate effectively, and maintain structured documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, including DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern security frameworks.
• Knowledge of SIEM integrations such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
