QA Analyst III (Tosca/Automation)

What you will do

• Define and own test strategies, test plans, scope, estimates, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams, assign work, and track progress.
• Manage test timelines, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, test data strategy, and requirements traceability.
• Drive test automation strategy and coverage using Tricentis Tosca.
• Report quality metrics and project status to stakeholders and customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior QA team members, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall software testing experience for offshore work or 4+ years of testing experience with healthcare applications for onshore work.
• Experience leading testing for complex or large-scale projects with measurable results.
• Strong experience developing test strategies, estimates, and test plans.
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore testing teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including status reporting and risk escalation.
• Ability to complete Tricentis Tosca certification within 30 days of hire if not already certified.

Nice to have

• Deep healthcare payer expertise in claims, enrollment, provider, member, or billing domains.
• Experience working within a formal PMO and project gate governance model.
