Senior Software Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Argentina; candidates must be based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. Hybrid work includes one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do

• Work with the product team to interpret, analyze, and provide feedback on functional feature specifications.
• Design and implement new platform features.
• Analyze existing code and perform refactoring to improve quality and maintainability.
• Review code from peers across development teams.
• Apply engineering best practices from technical analysis and solution design through production monitoring.
• Collaborate with different teams while addressing complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and unit testing.
• Fluency in at least one of PHP, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English skills required.

• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
