DevOps Observability (SRE) Engineer

Location: Office or hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus; remote work available from another country.

What you will do

• Design and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant system architectures.
• Develop and maintain the observability strategy, including monitoring, dashboards, and alerting.
• Work with OpenTelemetry, the Grafana stack, ELK, and related observability tools.
• Establish incident management processes, response procedures, and operational playbooks.
• Respond to incidents through PagerDuty, participate in on-call rotations, and conduct post-mortems and RCA.
• Collaborate with and train engineering teams on system reliability, observability, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with 3+ years as an SRE Engineer.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, Vector, and Sentry.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.
• Experience supporting backend teams working with .NET and handling critical incidents.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple engineering teams and improve system reliability and processes.
