Support Consultant, Tier 2 (LAB Scanners, English)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Support reselling partners and end-users by diagnosing and solving product-related issues.
• Manage support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording it in the CRM.
• Communicate with other departments and escalate customer feedback when required.
• Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• English and Ukrainian at B2 level or above; English is also used for internal communication.
• Logical, analytical, multitasking, empathetic, result-oriented, and stress-resistant approach.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work in a hybrid setup in Kyiv.
