Merchandise Manager (Tabletop Gaming)

What you will do

• Create and implement the inventory management strategy and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Place and manage purchase orders based on forecasts, historical data, and sales requirements.
• Optimize stock levels, availability, profitability, open purchase orders, and product flow.
• Analyze KPIs, sales trends, forecasts, bad stock, and Available to Sell reporting.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate goods-ready dates, ASNs, logistics, and order status.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, master data, and the Junior Merchandiser.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or a comparable role.
• Strong Excel competency and high numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.
• Valid UK driving license required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or passion for board games, card games, or role-play games.
• Excellent listening skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
