Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting software development, deployment, and operations.
• Maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable staging and production environments.
• Build and enforce CI/CD testing, review, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment practices.
• Improve CI/CD and staging availability to 99.9% and product availability to 99.99%.
• Accelerate deployment pipelines and reduce lead time while implementing effective disaster recovery procedures.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent across regions and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience creating secure development environments and maintaining large-scale cloud applications.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to build effective relationships with neighboring teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, or Kubernetes.
