HR Generalist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Organize onboarding, welcome meetings, adaptation administration, and probation tracking.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on standard HR questions, involving specialist teams for relocation, benefits, and employment paperwork.
• Support internal transfers, employment-term changes, and salary reviews while tracking deadlines, approvals, and data accuracy.
• Administer performance reviews, including meeting schedules, feedback records, and manager follow-up.
• Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews, and analysis of reasons for leaving.
• Maintain employee data, prepare leadership analytics, run surveys, and improve HR communications and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
• Experience supporting more than 100 employees and independently managing onboarding, adaptation, internal transfers, and offboarding.
• Understanding of salary review and performance review processes, including deadlines, approvals, and documentation.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data, with strong attention to errors and data-based problem solving.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• HR experience in IT, game development, or another product company.
• Experience running surveys, analyzing results, and presenting findings to leadership.
