What you will do

• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into technical requirements and differentiated product concepts.
• Design, model, prototype, test, and refine products and systems using engineering principles and data-driven decisions.
• Define validation plans and collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to verify performance and reliability.
• Partner with materials, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver robust and cost-effective designs.
• Manage technical projects, risks, deliverables, and communication with customers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, new product engineering, mechanical design, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading products through design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Strong proficiency with 3D CAD, engineering analysis, technical documentation, and product development processes.
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals, design trade-offs, tolerance analysis, root cause investigation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to coding, Python, engineering automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital engineering workflows.
