Local Marketing Lead (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Set objectives and manage highly complex marketing and strategic projects.
• Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources, including resources outside direct authority.
• Lead teams in implementing strategic direction and influence senior management decisions.
• Collaborate with major business units to align local plans with corporate strategy and evaluate market initiatives and business opportunities.
• Develop future strategies, support training design and delivery, and build motivated, innovative project teams.
• Identify talent needs, develop high-performing professionals and managers, and promote diverse teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, MBA/MS with 5+ years, PhD/JD with 1+ year, or MD/DVM with relevant experience.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
• Effective communication across different organizational levels.
• Experience in strategic planning and project management within a complex, global environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing, quality standards, and KPI management.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, including responsible AI and risk management practices.
