Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python + React)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing web interfaces.
• Develop backend systems with Python and responsive frontend components with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture and technical design.
• Improve development processes, system performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Romania, or Brazil.
• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience and production experience with React.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and effective communication with international teams.
