What you will do

• Advise customers throughout onboarding and the full lifecycle of the managed security service.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Use Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and Microsoft Defender to tailor security guidance to customer environments and risk profiles.
• Identify opportunities to improve security posture, operational resilience, and threat mitigation.
• Build trusted customer relationships and provide informal cybersecurity leadership.
• Track attacker tradecraft, emerging threats, and security best practices to continuously improve advisory support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, including advisory services for clients or internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of business.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security products, including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite or related products.
• Deep understanding of attacker tradecraft and security hardening techniques.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Düsseldorf, Germany.

• Scripting or programming skills for automating security tasks and processes.
• Experience in incident response and threat hunting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra.
• Background in network and system administration.
• Experience in the managed security services industry.
