Manager, Consulting (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with office, customer-site, and remote work

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical consultants, including resource planning, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Manage relationships with key Saudi enterprise and public-sector customers and act as the local management contact.
• Monitor customer sentiment, manage escalations, align expectations, and support strategic customer meetings.
• Partner with the Saudi sales organization on account strategy, customer engagement, delivery expectations, and services opportunities.
• Support timely, high-quality delivery of professional services engagements.
• Provide regional leadership with insight into Saudi market needs, customer trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience working directly with enterprise and public-sector customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Services Delivery, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technology environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technical consulting teams and manage difficult customer conversations.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, customer culture, and business practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus technical awareness of networking, application delivery, security, or cloud.

• Prior technical consulting or engineering experience.
• Experience with Saudi government, financial services, telecom, or large enterprise customers.
• Experience supporting services growth or identifying new customer opportunities.
• Existing relationships in the Saudi technology ecosystem.
