Software Engineering Intern - Fullstack (x/f/m) - Amsterdam (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Build and own fullstack features from design and development through testing and release.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to solve technical challenges.
• Write clean, efficient code using design, testing, and peer-review best practices.
• Develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare tools that improve patient care.
• Explore AI, distributed systems, and new tools and technologies.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• Final-year degree student in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
• Comfortable coding in multiple languages and willing to learn the existing technology stack.
• Fluent English.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in collaborative product development.

Nice to have

• Experience with web development or building products in a fast-paced environment.
• Side projects or open-source contributions.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.

Hiring process

• Coding Game lasting one hour.
• Recruiter interview lasting 30 minutes.
• Feature Building Interview and Behavioral Interview, each lasting one hour.
