Graduate Academy – Full Stack & AI-Assisted Development

Location: Rome, Italy, with smart working possibility and a hybrid work model.

Gross annual base salary: €29,000 for graduates; €25,000 for candidates with a high school diploma or students who are not yet close to graduation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute unit tests for new and enhanced business and technical software solutions.
• Collaborate with project roles to understand the business environment, technical context, and requirements.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Develop applications with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Apply Agile, DevOps, and microservices development approaches.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Interest in software development and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming and software development principles.
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
• Interest in artificial intelligence applied to software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java, web development, databases, cloud, DevOps, or microservices.
