Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM)

Location: Gdańsk, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week at the Gdańsk office preferred, while remote work can be considered

Rate: Up to 141 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Review application security and user access management data.
• Identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, application managers, system providers, and RACF/IAM specialists.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IdentityIQ and clean up access groups, user accounts, and service accounts.
• Resolve conflicting requirements, prioritize work, manage scope changes, and propose risk mitigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Identity or Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Substantial experience managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ.
• Knowledge of business applications, IT processes, Identity & Access Management, access reviews, access-data analysis, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with RACF and mainframe security, plus strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Advanced English required.
