Audit Senior Associate (Technology & Professional Services)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $85,100–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to technology and professional services clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and answer questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review financial statements and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development and client relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for professional licensure.
• At least three years of experience, including financial statement auditing experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA exam.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
