Senior Analyst, Structured Finance (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for financing workstreams across renewable energy and green hydrogen projects, including greenfield developments and M&A.
• Construct, maintain, review, and operate complex financial models in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, quality reviews, and financial reporting for projects.
• Explain financial models and analysis to internal stakeholders and collaborate with commercial, technical, legal, tax, insurance, environmental, and QHSE teams.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, lenders, equity partners, international financial institutions, and external advisors.
• Support treasury operations, financial risk management, training, service-provider management, negotiations, and continuous improvement of finance procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial modelling and/or project financing at a leading investment bank, advisory firm, developer, or financial sponsor.
• Ability to lead complex financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate and structured finance, trade finance, and debt capital markets instruments.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and present financial solutions.
• Understanding of local and global financial markets and economics.
• Master’s or MBA degree preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, STEM, or a related field is also preferred.

• Experience in the global power and renewable energy sectors.
• GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
