Ecosystem Risk Analyst (Payments/Fintech)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office, with exact expectations confirmed by the Hiring Manager

What you will do

• Champion Generative AI and process automation initiatives across regional Ecosystem Risk activities.
• Identify, design, implement, and scale automation and AI-driven risk management solutions with regional and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate corrective actions, monitoring, reporting, and remediation for Ecosystem Risk outliers.
• Manage regional reporting, dashboards, early-signal reviews, operational governance, and licensing-related risk activities.
• Support strategic client engagements through market insights, risk intelligence, thought leadership content, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Practical experience managing merchant acquiring risks and understanding payment ecosystem risk frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI, automation, and digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation, and collaborate across regional and global teams.
• Availability to work from the Almaty office at least 3 days per week.
