Lead Hardware & Edge Device Architect (Industrial IoT)

What you will do

• Lead Industrial IoT system and sensing product development from concept through mass production.
• Define architecture for sensor nodes, embedded platforms, connectivity, industrial gateways, and cloud integration.
• Translate customer, market, and application requirements into product specifications and technical solutions.
• Drive integration across hardware, firmware, communication modules, and cloud platforms, including vibration, acoustic, and other industrial sensing technologies.
• Lead EVT, DVT, PVT, reliability, and certification testing, as well as manufacturing transfer and product industrialization.
• Act as the technical owner, leading issue resolution, system debugging, and decisions across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial electronics, Industrial IoT, or embedded systems development.
• Experience delivering products from design through mass production and strong system architecture capabilities.
• Experience with predictive maintenance, machine condition monitoring, sensor technology, and industrial communications such as RS485, Modbus, or Industrial Ethernet.
• Understanding of edge computing, industrial gateways, cloud connectivity, and hands-on system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MEMS sensors, signal acquisition, and sensor integration.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, MCU/MPU architectures, embedded systems, and embedded software architecture.
• Experience with EMC/EMI, ESD, EVT/DVT, reliability design, and cross-functional product development leadership.
