NAND Technical Program Manager (NAND)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NAND component and product development programs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional Product Development Teams and align fab leaders, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Manage fab wafer activities and customer sample management.
• Create, track, and adjust program schedules while monitoring progress and taking corrective action.
• Assess program risks, identify solutions, and ensure quality standards and budget constraints are met.
• Apply NAND flash memory architecture, systems, development methods, and manufacturing knowledge to accelerate project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical product development engineering management and customer enablement.
• Understanding of product development, high-volume NAND manufacturing, NAND flash memory concepts and architecture, system design, development methods, and workflows.
• Excellent bilingual Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with program or project management and setting up program schedules.

Nice to have

• NAND fab process technology development experience.
