Content Coordinator (Streaming)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Melbourne office, Australia

Salary: AUD 80,000–90,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 20%

What you will do

• Develop planned and reactive content aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal moments, and trending topics.
• Create copy, imagery, and video for English-speaking markets across social and digital channels.
• Write content for out-of-home campaigns, landing pages, emails, and other teams.
• Clip and edit branded livestream and creator-stream segments for distribution across relevant platforms.
• Cover in-person and online events, capturing content and insights for audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics, report insights, and optimize reach, engagement, campaign effectiveness, impressions, and watch time.

Requirements

• Creative skills with experience in design and editing.
• Strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture.
• Good understanding of Gen Z audiences and communication styles.
• Experience as a viewer or creator of livestreams.
• Ability to apply a fun, playful, and disruptive tone of voice consistently across formats and channels.
