Senior Associate, Logistics Engineer (Defense Tech)

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; onsite at the Sterling facility

Salary: $76,500–$141,500 annually

Develops defense technology and end-to-end solutions across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains for national security missions.

What you will do

• Support PHS&T operations to improve material availability, shipment accuracy, and lifecycle cost efficiency.
• Coordinate daily with PHS&T and Integrated Product Team leads to meet program logistics requirements.
• Audit customer- and company-owned assets and equipment.
• Plan and report packing-material availability and usability.
• Process, track, and close shipments between customer sites, depots, and OEMs.
• Track supplies from stock rooms to field operations and support depot activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance required.
• Ability to work at the Sterling, Virginia facility.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.

Nice to have

• Sunflower EAM experience.
• Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
