Logistics Specialist (Hardware)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; office-first and onsite by default

What you will do

• Coordinate and dispatch hardware orders, including collars, towers, and accessories, to producers across Argentina, Uruguay, and the wider region.
• Manage freight, customs, warehousing, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
• Hold logistics and supply chain partners accountable for speed and quality.
• Keep South American teams and the Auckland headquarters aligned on dispatch status and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the dispatch process so it can scale.
• Help build hirify.global’s logistics and operational engine during early-stage market entry in South America.

Requirements

• Strong ownership, operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Comfort working in a high-tempo, ambiguous early-stage environment and holding external partners accountable.
• Fluent Spanish and English are required.
• Professional communication and interviews in English are required.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, warehousing, dispatch, or manufacturing is relevant; the level will be matched to experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with imports, customs brokers, or product approvals in Argentina or Uruguay.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or agricultural technology business.
• Knowledge of cattle production or rural South America.
