Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Based in Dubai, with a hybrid setup connected to hirify.global HQ in Barcelona

hirify.global builds AI agents for banks, telcos, and utilities, starting with voice AI for debt collection across voice, messaging, email, and SMS channels.

What you will do

• Build, configure, and deploy technically robust client solutions across Middle Eastern and Arabic-speaking markets.
• Analyze agent performance metrics and iterate on voice-agent and communication flows.
• Act as the technical counterpart in client meetings, explaining architecture, constraints, trade-offs, and product capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable, scalable technical configurations.
• Identify configuration issues and product gaps, then collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Arabic required.
• Background in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Strong technical foundations with the ability to write and understand production-quality code.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data flows, architecture, dependencies, and end-to-end system behavior.
• Analytical, performance-driven thinking and a high level of ownership for configuration quality.
