FS Tax Senior Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom; hybrid working with minimum office attendance required quarterly

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a Big 4 professional services firm with ambitious growth plans across its Financial Services International Tax team.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex international tax advisory engagements.
• Advise clients across banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Review complex tax work and provide technical guidance.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate across the wider business to deliver joined-up client solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in international tax, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements.
• Experience reviewing technical work and supporting junior colleagues.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• ATT, ACA, CA, CTA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Applicants at Manager or Senior Manager level are considered; experience from smaller accountancy or tax advisory firms is also welcome.
