Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem definition through UX strategy, interaction design, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Translate complex security, cloud, code, data, and infrastructure concepts into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions to validate decisions.
• Use product data, customer feedback, and usage patterns to improve released experiences.
• Evolve the design system and UX patterns while using AI tools for research, exploration, prototyping, content creation, and product thinking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally working on complex B2B or enterprise products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, complex workflows, information architecture, and thoughtful interaction design rather than only visual execution.
• Ability to independently lead complex design projects from ambiguous problems and early exploration through shipped solutions.
• Strong UX and product thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and create simple, clear, effective experiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced product environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to design systems.
• Experience conducting customer research and usability testing and translating insights into product decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, exploration, prototyping, content generation, or accelerating design and product thinking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Technical curiosity and an AI mindset, with the ability to learn new concepts, terminology, workflows, personas, tools, and ways of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, DevOps, code security, or other highly technical products.
