Forward Deployed Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid based out of São Paulo, Brazil; flexible access to the JK Iguatemi office and travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

hirify.global is a stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises, providing corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Build and ship integrations between hirify.global and customer ERPs, accounting systems, APIs, and webhooks.
• Map customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors, and keep them synchronized.
• Configure multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations and design stablecoin settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
• Support country-specific e-invoicing and tax workflows, including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN requirements.
• Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, and post-launch escalations.
• Run technical workshops, document implementation patterns, and turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work.
• Production coding experience with at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, plus REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
• Experience owning customer projects through go-live while managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments, card issuing, payment rails, or cross-border money movement experience.
• Experience integrating ERPs, accounting platforms, or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Understanding of accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with stablecoins, on/off-ramps, digital asset infrastructure, or LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems.
• Previous forward-deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineering experience at a startup, including internal tooling that shortened implementation time.
