Equity Research Expert (AI)

hirify.global is supporting an AI training project focused on financial modeling, valuation, and sector analysis.

What you will do

• Review and validate equity research datasets.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarks.
• Evaluate financial models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation.
• Prepare research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify industry trends, sector metrics, and company catalysts, while providing feedback to improve research accuracy and data quality.

Requirements

• Extensive sell-side equity research experience, including company modeling and written research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and business performance.
• Specialist knowledge of at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, or biotech.
• Proven skills in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and investment thesis development.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
