Level Designer (SR) (Unity)

Location: Remote position for Argentine citizens based in Argentina

What you will do

• Create room layouts, challenges, puzzles, enemy placements, and pickup placements.
• Maintain and polish a non-linear, coherent, and engaging gameplay flow across rooms.
• Implement missions, cutscenes, event triggers, dialogues, and other narrative elements.
• Prototype, iterate, and polish level content to high quality standards.
• Estimate tasks, account for dependencies and delays, and participate in weekly sprint planning.
• Collaborate with level designers, artists, and professionals from other disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience working on published videogames.
• Excellent knowledge and control of Unity.
• Understanding of gameplay logic, triggers, and state-driven or conditional environmental behaviours.
• Strong visual composition and environmental storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt environments to different styles and biomes.
• Argentine citizenship and native-level Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Houdini.
• Understanding of architectural or related real-world technical principles.
• Drawing and conceptualization skills.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Interest in creating new videogames, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
