Hospital Solution Management - Central/South (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead the regional Hospital Solution Management team and develop integrated healthcare environment strategies.
• Assess hospital-level opportunities and barriers, prioritize initiatives, and guide differentiated solutions for priority hospitals.
• Monitor outcomes, capture best practices, and drive replication across the Central/South region.
• Explore, pilot, and scale innovative platforms, models, and solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive local and assigned national healthcare policy-shaping priorities.
• Connect Sales, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Tender, and other functions to align priorities and execution.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; anti-infectives experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment shaping, hospital management, or healthcare policy initiatives across multiple provinces or regions.
• Strong strategic thinking and business judgment, connecting policy and hospital environment changes with patient access and business impact.
• Experience leading teams or complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to leverage AI and digital tools in daily work and apply them to healthcare challenges and business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or above and strong English reading and written communication skills.
