Senior Product Director, AI & Agent (Chatbot)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX’s conversational AI assistant for onboarding, trading, information, and customer support.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
• Transform high-impact internal workflows into traceable and regulatorily defensible agent-driven systems.
• Define shared AI infrastructure for orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance.
• Make AI products configurable and auditable across global markets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product and technology, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles owning technically complex products at scale.
• Proven ownership of conversational AI or agentic AI products from development through launch.
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture, multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are required.
• Strong consumer product judgment, operational product rigor, and familiarity with financial markets.
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin.

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale.
• Graduate degree in a technical field.
