Finance Associate Rotational Development Program

Salary: $38.72 per hour for candidates with a bachelor's degree

What you will do

• Complete four structured six-month rotations across finance and accounting functions over 24 months.
• Support forecasting, rate base projections, enterprise planning, investor communications, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with monthly close, reconciliations, tax filings, and treasury operations.
• Evaluate financial and operational risks through audits, SOX compliance, insurance oversight, and third-party risk management.
• Improve workflows through documentation, automation tools, Copilot, visual dashboards, and Lean principles.
• Build cross-functional partnerships, present insights to senior leaders, and contribute to technology, transformation, and regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• Must graduate with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related discipline between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP.
• Visa sponsorship is not available to students holding F-1, J-1, or other student visas.

Nice to have

• At least one year of job-related experience.
• Intention to pursue a CPA license.
• Knowledge of SAP R3.
• Knowledge of or interest in the utility and energy industries.
• Experience interacting successfully with peers, managers, and directors.
