Project Manager, Professional Development (EdTech)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate cross-functional professional development delivery initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Develop project timelines, production calendars, workflows, and operational processes with professional development leaders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, priorities, and actionable tasks across teams.
• Manage project information, meeting notes, documentation, notifications, escalations, risks, and status reporting.
• Coordinate incoming RFP-related professional development requests against roadmap commitments and planning priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement, stronger cross-departmental collaboration, and effective project execution.

Requirements

• Two years of related project management experience.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong project management, administrative, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks, turn complex information into actionable plans, and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
