Lead Product Data Analyst

Location: Remote within Mexico, Peru, Colombia, or Uruguay; collaboration with US-facing partners and required working-hours overlap.

Base salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Analyze marketplace performance, including supply, demand, pricing, retention, ETA, and service quality.
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate analyses using advanced SQL and Python or R.
• Create and maintain trusted, current dashboards and reporting systems in Lightdash.
• Build clean, documented datasets and transformation models in dbt.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders on prioritization and recommendations.
• Improve self-service access to data through reports, datasets, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and transformation.
• Intermediate Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with experimentation, reporting, dashboards, and marketplace or similarly complex systems.
• Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor and act as a trusted thought partner.
• Remote work from Mexico, Peru, Colombia, or Uruguay.
