What you will do

• Create and advocate for clear, realistic production plans for a new game IP.
• Support development from preproduction through launch and live support.
• Maintain accurate backlogs and track planned, unplanned, and emergent work against schedules, budgets, and team capacity.
• Coordinate meetings, decisions, action items, and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Identify risks and ambiguity, facilitate creative and technical consensus, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Improve production practices and help build a positive, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Experience in internal game production, including producing creative teams.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and use independent judgment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
