Manager, Finance

Location: Universal City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead studio delivery volume forecasting and reporting, including monthly production and delivery projections for senior finance executives.
• Build and manage third-party and Peacock collections models with operating cash flow and cross-divisional finance teams.
• Support annual operating plans, forecasts, five-year financial models, and free cash flow submissions.
• Manage weekly 13-week cash flow forecasts and review production spending, tax credits, development, collections, audits, accounts receivable aging, participations, and residuals.
• Prepare executive presentations, scenario analyses, studio-level reporting, and ad hoc financial insights.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes and drive process simplification, systems upgrades, and best-practice implementation.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree with an accounting or finance focus preferred.
• 4+ years of public or private accounting or FP&A experience preferred.
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate with finance and operations stakeholders, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to contribute from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience managing FP&A cycles.
• Entertainment, media, or TV production experience.
• SAP or Essbase knowledge; BPC exposure is a plus.
