Head of Environmental & Hazardous Waste Services (Hazardous Waste)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 50% travel involved.

Salary: $223,000–$265,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional organization of approximately 90 employees across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan, including revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA performance for a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA business.
• Drive pipeline-led growth, cross-selling, churn recovery, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage executive customer relationships, joint account planning, vendor relationships, and disposal networks.
• Define and execute the multi-year ChemCare and OSS strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and growth initiatives.
• Lead transformation through process standardization, technology enablement, digital tools, analytics, and operating model optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in hazardous waste.
• Proven P&L leadership experience and strong commercial and growth expertise.
• Experience working in regulated environments involving EH&S and waste services.
• Track record of leading business transformation and organizational change.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically while maintaining a strong safety, compliance, and accountability culture.
