Director, Member Experience Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: United States. Remote/work-from-home role; employees residing within 30 miles of a designated office work in a hybrid arrangement with office attendance three days per week, including mandatory Thursdays. Up to 10% travel required.

Base pay: $198,720–$260,820 per year in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington; $178,848–$234,738 per year in all other locations.

What you will do

• Set and execute the department strategy and vision for increasing the value and impact of the Member Experience Program.
• Assess the competitive landscape, member needs, healthcare trends, and consumer trends while serving as a thought leader for the department.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, build alignment, and drive accountability through influence and indirect leadership.
• Plan and manage major company and department strategy programs.
• Own the department’s financial, operational, and performance metrics, including budgeting and fiscal performance.
• Report to senior leadership on business health, strategic priorities, risks, and required decisions; develop and coach direct reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Clinical licensure.
• Healthcare-focused management consulting experience.
• Experience modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
