Business Solutions Lead (Decision Analytics)

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing roles as project and client needs demand.

What you will do

• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Bridge business and technical teams by documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout project execution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, analyze data requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define project scope and approach, coordinate task execution, track progress, and resolve delivery issues.
• Design qualitative and quantitative analyses, test hypotheses, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure delivery quality, identify follow-on opportunities, contribute to internal activities, and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
