Sr. Manager, Production Reliability and Infrastructure Services (Biotech Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Fargo, North Dakota, United States. Up to 10% overnight travel may be required within the territory or location.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage maintenance activities for Fargo facilities and equipment.
• Lead people leaders across production maintenance, infrastructure services, and metrology.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve right-first-time performance, downtime, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance vendors and serve as the primary Aldevron contact.
• Ensure compliant, functioning equipment and spaces across Fargo sites through maintenance, calibration, and external service coordination.
• Act as the subject matter expert for facilities management, environmental and machine controls, metrology, and equipment calibration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities or metrology, including at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop teams of people leaders.
• Experience with Lean and hirify.global Business System tools, including PSP, Kaizen, and Daily Management.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work on-site in Fargo, North Dakota.

Nice to have

• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Industrial-scale facility maintenance experience.
• Metrology experience with sensitive bioprocessing instrumentation.
