Robotics Supervision SW Engineer (f/m)

What you will do

• Architect and specify a proprietary supervisory software framework for robotic cells.
• Develop high-performance, ergonomic shop-floor interfaces with modern C++ and Qt, including QWidget and QML.
• Build communication pipelines for Fanuc and Siemens industrial controllers and ROS 2 robotics middleware.
• Design multithreaded software that maintains responsive interfaces and real-time synchronization.
• Test and validate software using digital twins, virtual commissioning, and physical robotic cells.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Industrial Information Systems, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.
• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience with industrial machines or robotic cells.
• Strong command of modern C++, Qt, CMake, and Git/CI-CD.
• Strong multithreading skills and knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/UDP, and OPC-UA communication protocols.
• Working knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Beckhoff CNC/PLC controllers, or ROS/ROS 2.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
