Head of Media (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remote within Canada or the United States

Base salary: $210,200–$292,000 USD for US employees, depending on location; $220,700–$275,900 CAD for Canadian employees.

What you will do

• Own the media investment strategy and execute a plan for a budget that is expected to double year over year.
• Develop differentiated media and distribution approaches across unconventional channels, formats, partnerships, and paid media.
• Lead agency and media partner relationships, including sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, and managing partners.
• Build a measurement system covering attribution, incrementality, optimization, and media mix modeling.
• Integrate paid media with brand, performance, community, content, lifecycle, and product marketing.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience building and running media investment strategies for fast-growing budgets.
• Proven ability to deliver and measure short-term results while building scalable systems.
• Experience developing differentiated media work and market approaches.
• Fluency in attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
• Track record of managing agencies and vendors and holding partners accountable.
