What you will do

• Develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies for AI training.
• Assess AI-generated content and psychological assessments using Gujarati clinical and cultural perspectives.
• Create clear psychiatric documentation and analyses in Gujarati and English.
• Provide expert feedback on AI evaluation methods in mental health contexts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and support bilingual communication of psychiatric concepts.
• Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content.

Requirements

• Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
• Native or near-native Gujarati and advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong cultural sensitivity, ethical decision-making, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing case studies, teaching materials, or research content.

Nice to have

• Experience with interdisciplinary, technology, research, or digital health projects.
