TL;DR
People Operations Partner (SaaS/HR Operations): Delivering employee lifecycle support, manager coaching, people data insights, and scalable People Operations processes with an accent on HRIS accuracy, compliance, compensation cycles, and continuous improvement. Focus on automating routine HR work, coaching first-line managers, improving employee self-service, and turning people data into evidence-based decisions.
Location: Ireland, hybrid; availability to be in the Dublin office one day a week is required. Remote work and working from home are also possible.

What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, resolving complex requests and improving guidance, templates and self-service resources.
- Own employee lifecycle administration in HiBob, including contracts, employee changes, leave, onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare payroll inputs with Finance and payroll colleagues, identify anomalies and support compliance activities such as employment permits and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Lead People Operations improvement projects, automate routine work and maintain knowledge bases, guides and process documentation.
- Coach first-line managers on people topics, management practice, performance management and compensation decisions.
- Gather and communicate people data, trends and feedback while supporting employee lifecycle initiatives, hiring processes and wider People Team projects.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of HR experience with solid generalist People Operations experience.
- HR qualification at third level, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with working knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Experience using an HRIS and confidence with Excel or Google Sheets for people data analysis.
- Experience supporting or coaching managers, with the ability and interest to develop further.
- Strong judgement, communication, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Curiosity about AI and openness to using new tools and ways of working.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing or multi-country company, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience with HiBob.
- Experience using AI or automation to improve HR work.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law.
