TL;DR
C# Software Engineer (Systems & Automation) (.NET): Building internal .NET applications, APIs, integrations, and SQL Server solutions that replace manual workflows and modernize legacy software with an accent on process automation, system connectivity, and production support. Focus on designing digital workflows, optimizing data access, and troubleshooting tools used across office and shop-floor operations.

Location: Brasov, Romania (30 Hermann)

hirify.global develops aerospace and defence solutions, with this role supporting digital tools for Airbus Aerostructures.

What you will do

  • Develop C# applications that automate manual data entry and replace paper-based forms.
  • Modernize legacy internal software using current .NET 8+ solutions.
  • Build APIs and integrations connecting shop-floor data, ERP systems, and office tools.
  • Design and maintain SQL Server databases to keep operational data accurate and accessible.
  • Troubleshoot existing internal tools and deliver fixes that keep production moving.
  • Work with machine operators and office staff to turn inefficient processes into digital workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of professional experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong SQL query-writing and optimization skills, including SQL Server experience.
  • Experience building functional interfaces with Razor views, React, or Angular.
  • Experience working with APIs and JSON data.
  • Daily experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Ability to work at the Brasov site and engage directly with shop-floor users.
