Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (Life Sciences)

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia. Standard working hours.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidates, present qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer decisions using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with successful results in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• English required for the role.
